Dr. Deeya Holland 

A proud alumna of Douglas High School, Dr. Holland is deeply committed to serving the community that shaped her own educational journey. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Education in Secondary Science from Jacksonville State University. She later obtained her Instructional Leadership certification from The University of Alabama and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Instructional Leadership from The University of West Alabama. Most recently, she completed her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky.

Dr. Holland and her husband, Tim, are the proud parents of two sons, Jaxon (Kristen) and Jaden.
